Tomorrow, Tuesday, I will be appraising two Muscogee county properties. One is for the homeowner for a refinance and the other is a REO property. REO is short for real estate owned and that in other words is a bank owned property. REO appraisal work is a good source of business for me. I like doing them for each one is unique and challenging.
