Just a short comment about A-1 Appraisal Service and myself. I started this career in residential appraising in the summer of 2002 after a long stretch of restaurant and food service management. My mentor was Gray Given, a certified residential appraiser and associate real estate broker in Columbus, Georgia. We were together until January 2005. That is when I started A-1 Appraisal Service.
My wife Victoria and I were married in July, 1979 at Callaway Gardens in Pine Mountain, Georgia, a small, resort town and that is where we reside today. We have three grown children, Melissa, Abigail and Nathan and all are married. We are proud grandparents of three great grandsons, Thomas, Jacob and Ethan. Photos of the grandchildren will be posted in the blog sometime in the near future.
