This year as well as the previous couple of years has been a year of uncertainty in the real estate market. As a homeowner wanting to sell, hard to believe that your investment is not as stable as you thought it always would be. Many homeowners, in order to sell their home, are settling for less, sometimes far less than what they paid for their home.
It has been several months since my last post. Real estate has been on a rocky road for a long while now. As I see it, there is not a turn around point yet in the market.
